On April 6, 2022, LAMH and Baidu Health entered into a strategic cooperation, in which both parties will take advantage of their respective strengths to integrate online and offline services, promote the popularization and dissemination of early screening and early diagnosis of cancer for all people, and comprehensively explore the integrated health services from cancer prevention science to early screening and early diagnosis. Recently, the National Cancer Center released the latest cancer report on China in the Journal of the National Cancer Center (JNCC). The report estimates that on average, more than 11,100 people are diagnosed with new cancers and nearly 6,600 people die from cancer every day in China. The World Health Organization (WHO) report shows that with early detection, 90% of cancers are completely curable. If early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment of cancer are done carefully, the death rate of cancer can be reduced by about one-third. This cooperation between LAMH and Baidu Health will help early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment of cancer on the ground.
